Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Rescheduling

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Late Cancellations

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used and deducted from the coaching package.

No-Shows

Sessions missed without notice are considered used and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Late Arrival

Coaching sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Arriving late does not extend the scheduled session. If a client has not joined within 15 minutes and EduCore has not received communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Emergencies

EduCore understands that genuine emergencies occur. Exceptions may be made at EduCore’s discretion.

If EduCore Must Cancel

If EduCore must cancel a scheduled coaching session, the client may reschedule the session without penalty.

If EduCore is unable to provide prepaid remaining coaching services, the client will receive an appropriate prorated refund for paid services EduCore is unable to provide.
