Coaching Policies at a Glance

Rescheduling:
Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations:
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used.
No-Shows:
Missed sessions without notice are considered used.
Refunds:
Clients may request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided coaching has not begun and substantial personalized services or materials have not been delivered. After coaching begins, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed to in writing.
Package Completion Periods:
Teacher Reset: 30 days from purchase. Teacher Accelerator: 90 days from purchase. Teacher Transformation: 180 days from purchase.
Payment Plans:
Installments are commitments toward the full package price. Discontinuing coaching does not automatically cancel remaining installments, subject to applicable law and the approved coaching agreement.
EduCore Cancellations:
If EduCore cannot provide purchased remaining services, the client will receive an appropriate refund for prepaid services that cannot be provided.
