The EduCore Collective

Terms of Use & Service

Effective Date: October 7, 2026 · Last Updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms of Use & Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The EduCore Collective website, digital resources, coaching programs, consultations, educational services, professional-development services, business services, and other products or services offered by The EduCore Collective (“EduCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for a program, or participating in an EduCore service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About EduCore

The EduCore Collective provides strategy, education, coaching, consulting, professional development, systems development, resources, and related services for individuals, families, students, educators, schools, businesses, and organizations.

Services may include:

  • Executive Function Coaching
  • Student and young-adult coaching
  • Parent and family support
  • Educator coaching
  • Teacher development
  • Educational consulting
  • Professional development
  • Organizational and business consulting
  • Strategy and systems development
  • Digital resources and educational materials

Services may change or expand over time.

2. Educational and Coaching Purpose

EduCore coaching and educational services are designed to support planning, organization, prioritization, time management, task initiation, follow-through, productivity, learning, strategy development, systems development, and related skills.

EduCore does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Executive Function Coaching is coaching and educational support and is not diagnosis or treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, or any other medical or mental-health condition.

Clients who require medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other clinical services should consult an appropriately licensed professional.

3. No Guarantee of Results

EduCore provides strategies, coaching, education, systems, resources, and support designed to help clients work toward their goals.

Results vary based on participation, circumstances, implementation, consistency, effort, and factors outside EduCore's control.

EduCore does not guarantee particular academic grades, test scores, admissions decisions, employment outcomes, promotions, business revenue, productivity levels, behavioral outcomes, or other specific results.

4. Executive Function Coaching Packages

Current Founding Client Executive Function Coaching offerings are:

EF QUICK START — $97

One 60-minute coaching session.

EF RESET — $297

Three 60-minute coaching sessions.

EF BUILD — $497

Five 60-minute coaching sessions.

EF TRANSFORM — $697

Seven 60-minute coaching sessions.

Package contents and pricing displayed at the time of purchase govern the transaction.

Promotional, introductory, or Founding Client Pricing may be changed or discontinued for future purchases at any time.

5. Founding Client Pricing

Founding Client Pricing is promotional launch pricing available for a limited period or number of clients.

Purchasing a package at a Founding Client rate locks in the price of that purchased package only.

It does not guarantee the same price for future packages, renewals, additional sessions, different programs, or other EduCore services unless EduCore expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is required before services begin.

Available payment options will be displayed during checkout.

EduCore may offer installment or payment-plan options for selected programs.

When a client selects a payment plan, the client remains responsible for the entire agreed package price, not merely sessions already attended.

Failure to complete scheduled installment payments may result in suspension of coaching access until the account is brought current.

Payment-plan availability does not convert a package into a pay-per-session arrangement.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used and may not be refunded or replaced.

A client who does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide appropriate notice may forfeit that session.

EduCore may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies at its discretion.

If EduCore must cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be offered an alternative session time and will not lose the session.

8. Coaching Package Cancellations and Refunds

Because coaching packages reserve coaching capacity and may include assessments, planning, preparation, customized resources, and other work performed outside live sessions, package purchases are not simply purchases of individual hourly appointments.

Before coaching begins, a client may request cancellation according to any cancellation terms displayed at checkout or in the applicable service agreement.

Once a coaching package has begun, amounts already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by EduCore in writing.

If a client chooses not to complete a package, unused sessions do not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

Payment-plan clients remain responsible for their agreed package commitment unless EduCore approves cancellation in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Package Expiration

EduCore coaching packages are designed to provide consistent, focused support.

Executive Function Coaching completion periods are:

EF QUICK START — $97

One 60-minute session.

Schedule and complete within 30 days of purchase.

EF RESET — $297

Three 60-minute sessions.

Complete within 60 days of purchase.

EF BUILD — $497

Five 60-minute sessions.

Complete within 90 days of purchase.

EF TRANSFORM — $697

Seven 60-minute sessions.

Complete within 120 days of purchase.

The applicable completion period begins on the date of purchase unless EduCore provides a different start date in writing.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing sessions within the applicable period.

Unused sessions remaining after the package expiration date are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit, except where required by law or where EduCore approves an extension in writing.

EduCore may grant reasonable extensions for documented emergencies, significant scheduling circumstances, or other situations at its discretion.

If EduCore is unable to provide reasonable scheduling availability within the applicable package period, the client will not lose sessions because of EduCore's scheduling limitations.

10. Services for Minors

A parent or legal guardian must authorize coaching or other applicable services for a minor.

The parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate enrollment information and ensuring that participation is appropriate.

EduCore may communicate general information to parents or guardians concerning scheduling, attendance, goals, progress, strategies, or matters reasonably related to the service.

Effective coaching may require an appropriate degree of trust and privacy between the coach and participant.

EduCore will use professional judgment in balancing participant privacy, parent involvement, service goals, and safety considerations.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions on time, participate respectfully, complete agreed action steps when reasonably possible, communicate scheduling concerns promptly, use EduCore resources for their intended purpose, refrain from recording sessions without prior permission, and refrain from distributing proprietary materials without authorization.

EduCore reserves the right to discontinue services for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, fraudulent, or substantially disruptive conduct.

12. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital resources, templates, guides, assessments, workbooks, presentations, courses, AI-supported resources, and other downloadable products are licensed for the purchaser's authorized personal or organizational use as specified at purchase.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, users may not resell or publicly redistribute EduCore materials, upload them to public repositories, share purchased materials with unauthorized users, remove EduCore branding or copyright notices, present EduCore materials as their own, or use them to create substantially derivative commercial products.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the EduCore website and its original content, frameworks, program names, designs, written materials, graphics, assessments, templates, training materials, coaching resources, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to The EduCore Collective and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes proprietary EduCore frameworks and branded methodologies developed for its programs.

No ownership rights are transferred merely because a user purchases or accesses an EduCore product or service.

14. Trademarks and Branding

The EduCore Collective name, branding, logos, program names, graphics, slogans, and related brand identifiers may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Testimonials

Testimonials, case examples, or client experiences displayed by EduCore reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another client will achieve identical results.

16. Artificial Intelligence and Technology

Some EduCore programs or resources may incorporate or teach responsible use of artificial-intelligence tools and other technology.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed appropriately.

Clients remain responsible for how they use AI-generated or technology-assisted information, including compliance with school, employer, institutional, academic-integrity, privacy, and other applicable policies.

17. Website Availability

EduCore attempts to maintain a useful and accessible website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or particular offerings when reasonably necessary.

18. Third-Party Services

EduCore may use or link to third-party platforms for payment processing, scheduling, videoconferencing, website hosting, forms, email, document sharing, or other functions.

Use of those services may also be governed by the provider's terms and privacy policies.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EduCore's website, resources, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

EduCore makes no warranty that the website or any resource will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's particular circumstances.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, resources, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law prohibits a business from excluding.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The EduCore Collective and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the user's unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of EduCore materials.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute concerning these Terms or EduCore services will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Georgia unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process or applicable law provides otherwise.

23. Changes to Services, Prices, and Terms

EduCore may modify future services, package structures, pricing, policies, or these Terms.

Changes to future pricing do not retroactively change the amount already agreed for a completed purchase.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable checkout terms, program descriptions, intake agreements, and any separately executed written service agreement, constitute the applicable agreement between the client and EduCore concerning the relevant services.

If a separately signed agreement contains terms that conflict with these general Terms, the separately signed agreement will control for the specific service covered by that agreement.
