Refund Policy

Refunds

A client may request cancellation within 48 hours of the initial purchase, provided:

• coaching has not begun; and
• substantial personalized coaching services or materials have not already been provided.

Once coaching has begun, coaching packages are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by The EduCore Collective.

Purchasing a multi-session package reserves coaching capacity and provides access to the program at the selected package rate.

Choosing not to attend or complete remaining sessions does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

Important Payment Plan Notice

This payment plan is an installment arrangement for a fixed Executive Function Coaching package. It is not a month-to-month membership or cancel-anytime subscription.

By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full package and total payment-plan price displayed at checkout.

Discontinuing coaching does not automatically cancel remaining scheduled payments. Remaining installments will continue according to the agreed payment schedule, except where otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by The EduCore Collective.

Package Expiration

EduCore coaching packages are designed to provide consistent, focused support. To support continuity and progress, all sessions must be used within the applicable package period.

Executive Function Coaching package completion periods are:

• EF Quick Start — One 60-minute session. The session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase.
• EF Reset — Three 60-minute sessions. All sessions must be completed within 60 days of purchase.
• EF Build — Five 60-minute sessions. All sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
• EF Transform — Seven 60-minute sessions. All sessions must be completed within 120 days of purchase.

Teacher Coaching package completion periods are:

• Teacher Reset™ — One 60-minute session. Must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
• Teacher Accelerator™ — Four 60-minute sessions. All sessions must be completed within 90 days of purchase.
• Teacher Transformation™ — Eight 60-minute sessions. All sessions must be completed within 180 days of purchase.

The applicable completion period begins on the date of purchase unless EduCore provides a different start date in writing.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing their sessions within the applicable period.

Unused sessions remaining after the package expiration date are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit, except where required by law or where EduCore approves an extension in writing.

EduCore may grant reasonable extensions for documented emergencies, significant scheduling circumstances, or other situations at its discretion.

If EduCore is unable to provide reasonable scheduling availability within the applicable package period, the client will not lose sessions because of EduCore's scheduling limitations.

If EduCore Must Cancel

If EduCore must cancel a scheduled coaching session, the client may reschedule the session without penalty.

If EduCore is unable to provide prepaid remaining coaching services, the client will receive an appropriate prorated refund for paid services EduCore is unable to provide.
